Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Dive Navigator, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

1. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Dive Navigator's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

We do NOT guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of this information. You must always rely on your own training, dive guides, and dive computers.

Use of Information & Diving Responsibility

Information provided on Dive Navigator is for informational purposes only and does not replace certified dive training, local operator briefings, professional instruction, or independent dive planning. Divers are responsible for evaluating conditions, equipment, training requirements, and local hazards before any dive.

All content is provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of completeness, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

3. Dive Center Listings

Dive centers listed on our platform are independent entities. We do not endorse or guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of the services provided by these dive centers. Any agreements or transactions between you and a dive center are solely between the respective parties.

4. Limitations

In no event shall Dive Navigator or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Dive Navigator's website.
